Welcome to the SFFNZ River National Championships for 2019

The details for the champs are as follows: 


Date: 23 and 24 March 2019
Venue: Whanganui River at Taumarunui

COMPETITION FORMAT: 4 x 3 hour session controlled

Competitors: There are 18 anglers who have qualified to enter as per list circulated to the anglers by SFFNZ via email.
A reminder to those who have entered to qualify you need to have fished a minimum of two regional champs, as per the qualification criteria.

Controllers: Arranging controllers for this years National Championships are to be the responsibility of each competitor.
This includes getting the controllers to the event, transport, accommodation, and food.

Accommodation: Is the responsibility of the competitors to arrange this.

Entry fee:  $150. 
Entry details: via the SFFNZ website/ link as per normal. 
Entries close: 16 March 2019

VENUE CLOSURES: The Whanganui river will be closed on the 8th March from the confluence of the Ongarue river all the way pass the Piriaka powerstation(1.5 km upstream) to the weir just below Stonesthrough accommodation

TIMETABLE:
SATURDAY 23 MARCH: Whanganui river (2 SESSIONS, each session 3hrs)
SUNDAY 24 MARCH: Whanganui river (2 SESSION, each session 3hrs)

Assembly time: 7 am Saturday morning at the reserve by the river side next to Taumarunui Motor Camp.
