COMPETITION FORMAT: Standard river comp - 2 hour sessions with competitor controlled format so please enter in pairs and put the name of the other angler in the controller area or contact the organiser for spare angler/controller.

24th January 2018: VENUE CLOSES TO FISHING upstream of Tapairu Rd Reserve to confluence with the Tukipo. Note that this may change; entrants will be advised.

27th January 2018: Entries close

Day 1: 7.15am.
Competitors and controllers briefing Dave Hern's Fishing Tackle shop, Waipukurau

Session 1. 8:30 am - 10:30 am & 11:00 am - 1 pm
Session 2. 2 pm - -4pm & 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Day 2:
Session 3. 9 am-11 am & 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

2-2.30pm. Prize giving.

SPECIAL COMPETITION RULES: The following is the result of discussions with Fish & Game.

1. Competitors will be limited to use two flies. (to reduce the number of fish caught therefore exposed to potential harm).
